FAQ
What is Object Hyperlinking?
Object hyperlinking is the human action of accessing a database information file that has been previously associated with a close
proximity real-world object. The medium of this information exchange is a mobile computer, cell
phone or wireless device. See the 'How it Works' page to learn more about the methods of connecting to the database of object information.
What does Objecs® do? We provide resellers, businesses and organizations with object hyperlinking based training and communication solutions. We do this by building the channels of information exchange between objects and humans that results in what we guarantee to be the most effective object training and communication method available. We provide more object hyperlinking methods and technology than anyone in the industry.
Do you need access to my company's IT network ? No. We use the Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery model allowing you to avoid the complexities of on-premise deployments. The benefit of this model is both reduced cost and a shift of maintenance from the customer to the vendor (us).
Who are your customers? We welcome all types of businesses, but our specialty is education and communication that revolves around real-world objects. The organizations that are most likely to benefit from the many types of object hyperlinking technologies we provide are blue and green collar service industries that train workers in the repair of field-based equipment. On a smaller scale we link public exhibits, displays, memorials, historical markers and many more.
Do you offer other services or custom development? Yes. We have an exceptional custom development shop for advanced object linking methods using our own design techniques for multi-layered technologies including SMS, MMS, GPS, NFC-RFID, image recognition, various hardlinking methods, custom bundles and more. Our custom development quests take us in search of the holy grail of object hyperlinking; the seamless exchange of object-to-human knowledge transfer.
